Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery from stock
Normal delivery is from stock, within three working days of the order being placed. This is based on the order being delivered to the specified address between normal working hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm.
To guarantee your goods arrive on time, please ensure any delivery restrictions are made clear when the order is placed. Any costs incurred through failed deliveries, where the client or his representative is not available to accept the delivery, will be payable by the client.
Special and unusual products
All unusual, special products or orders with additional printing or branding requirements may incur a longer lead time. Speak to your account manager for specific details when placing your order.
Online shop orders
All delivery costs are included at the checkout when you buy through our online shop. Please note that all shipping is limited to the UK Mainland, excluding the Scottish Highlands.
For all other orders, speak to our sales team
We operate a personalised service so that we can identify and cater to your specific pallet requirements. One of our expert sales team will be assigned to look after your order and provide you with a quotation within 60 minutes.
Your order can be cancelled prior to order processing, but once it has been prepared for despatch or has been despatched, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Please see the returns section below.
Returns and Refunds
Goods can be returned for credit. Clients are responsible for the return of unwanted goods and all of the associated costs. On receipt of the goods in perfect condition, a refund equivalent to the original cost, less the costs of the delivery to the client, and less 15% handling fee, will be refunded to the client.
