Delivery & Returns Policy
Hopefully all of your delivery and returns questions have been answered below, but if you have a more specific query then please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Normal delivery is from stock, within three working days of the order being place, and assumes that personnel will be available to accept the delivery between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Any restrictions relating to delivery must be notified when the order is placed. Any costs incurred through failed deliveries where the client or his representative is not available to accept the delivery will be payable by the client.
All delivery is included when you buy online from the shop (link). Shipping is however limited to the UK Mainland, excluding Scottish Highlands.
All other orders
We operate a bespoke service, identifying your needs and pallet requirements. Our sales team are available to offer quotations within 60 minutes for larger quantities, and for products from our comprehensive range, which are not currently available through the online shop.
Your order can be cancelled prior to order processing, but once it has been prepared for despatch, or has been despatched, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Please see the returns section below.
Returns and Refunds
Goods can be returned for credit. The return of the goods, must be organised by the client, and all associated costs for the return are the responsibility of the client. On receipt of the goods in perfect condition, a refund equivalent to the original cost, less the costs of the delivery to the client, and less 15% handling fee will be refunded to the client.
