Delivery from stock
Normal delivery is from stock, within three working days of the order being placed. This is based on the order being delivered to the specified address between normal working hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm.
To guarantee your goods arrive on time, please ensure any delivery restrictions are made clear when you speak to our team. Any costs incurred through failed deliveries, where the client or his representative is not available to accept the delivery, will be payable by the client.
Next day delivery is also available and is priced on quantity and locations. Please speak to a member of our team if you have a specific delivery date request.
Our online sales are limited to around 50 specific products and shipping is FREE to mainland UK. You can purchase our plastic pallets, pallet boxes and small containers in specified increments per product. If your desired quantity exceeds that available online or we don’t ship via the web shop to your chosen location, please contact a member of our expert team who will be happy to help you. Special and unusual products
All unusual, special products or orders with additional printing or branding requirements may incur a longer lead time. Speak to your account manager for specific details when placing your order. These products are not able to be returned.
Your order can be cancelled prior to order processing, but once it has been prepared for dispatch or has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Please see the returns section below.
Returns and Refunds
Normal unmodified, unprinted, standard stock items, in standard colours can be returned for credit, up to 4 weeks after delivery. Clients are responsible for the return of unwanted goods and all of the associated costs. On receipt of the goods in perfect condition, a refund equivalent to the original cost, less the costs of the delivery to the client, and less 15% handling fee, will be refunded to the client.
